The back-to-school design decor event
On the occasion of the back-to-school 2019 decoration event, AD interiors 2019, Passementerie Verrier worked together with interior architect and designer Pierre Gonalons.
To structure and support the Scudo bronze mirror, Passementerie Verrier created a frame taking into account the weight of the mirror and its colors and materials. The cable is just thick enough to support the mirror while remaining light, an impression reinforced by the simplicity of the knots. The tassel is made of a single shape on which a rigorous checkerboard pattern has been made with a needle. The joins are sober and elegant rolls, and the skirt is a generous, well-smoothed taper.
